Image file Sizes.
Sizes are available from web/desktop sized to
13x19 print size. After your purchase the
files will be resized to the size you have ordered and
sent to you via email allowing you
to print them yourself or take them to a
lab. You will be able to make prints smaller
in size from any file, but not larger. If your not
sure what size to order, it's always best to be
safe and order
the largest size instead of having to reorder a
larger size later on.
Custom Image Correction
Some Image correction is necessary prior to
printing in order to take full advantage of the
high quality our images have to offer. Auto enhancements
provided by labs like the kiosks found a Costco or
other self service labs can provide some benefit
if the file needs nothing more then a small boost
in saturation or very simple color
correcting. However, most images need
more. Examples are over or under exposed images,
or where dodging
and burning is required (for example: a shadowed
face) or correcting just one color like water for
example...making
sure the water is blue and not blue/green.
These are all things beyond the scope of the lab's capabilities.
In most cases it's a good idea to
have us prepare the image before we send it to
you.
We are experts in image correction and have all of
the tools needed to make the image the very best
it possibly can be. The fee for this service
is currently only $20 per image and can be
selected from the check boxes above.
**Please note, by opting not to select the
correction option the file will have no correction
whatsoever other then sizing and will probably
look different then the print you have already
purchased at an event. If you order an image without the correction, then later on
feel that
it needed our correction, you will be required to
reorder from here again, paying twice for the image
size needed in order to have the correction done.
If you are
in doubt, It's always best to spend a little bit
more now to have it done, then to worry about it
later.

Editorial and Commercial Usage Licenses:
Licenses are granted based on the intended usage.
A personal license is automatically granted
when ordering a image file from this page.
This allows you to print and display the image for
your own personal uses only. If your intended usage is
for anything other than personal, (editorial,
commercial, etc..) you must contact us
first for guidelines and/or a quote.
Examples of editorial usage:
club, league or organization web site.
Newsletter, newspaper, or magazine articles.
Examples of commercial usage: any type of advertisements.
All of our images are copyrighted with the library
of congress, please remember
that is it illegal to use copyrighted material
without the copyright holder's permission.
