Reordering Action Shots
 (Purchased at our booth)
Every souvenir print we sell at our booth includes a individual photo ID number.  The ID number is located at the lower right hand corner of each of your photos.  This is the number you'll enter below.

If you ordered an enlargement from our booth but didn't take the souvenir print home with you and would now like to order more products of that picture, please refer to the receipt you received at our booth, the photo ID number will be be included on the receipt.

Reordering From a Team Picture Day
Ordering more products from one of our team picture days is easy.  Included in your package was a packing slip with reordering information.  Printed on that page was your "Access Key" number.   Log into our reorder web site using that access key, once you do you'll see your picture taken on picture day, you'll then have access to ordering any of our over 70 different picture day products.  Click here to be taken to that web site

Print Information

•  All Prints are custom corrected prior to printing.

•  Printed with Archival inks and papers for the absolute highest quality
 All our photos are guaranteed from fading or color shifts forever  - if properly taken care of.

• Forced Cropping 
 8x10 & 11x14 sizes are subject to "forced cropping".  If you aren't familiar with this, please read about it here before selecting the size of your photos.

• Custom Collages
If you would like to discuss Collage options, choose 3-4 of your favorite photos, write down the file ID numbers and have them ready when you call, we'll discuss your design options.

Digital Image Files Details

Image File Size
Your digital image files are the FULL RESOLUTION image straight from the camera.  This means you can use the photos for anything from a web page like Facebook or emailing to family & friends, to enlarging to poster size or larger..... and everything in between.

Print the pictures yourself on your home printer or take them to a photo lab to have them professionally printed.  Print as few or as many as you like.  

Includes a Personal Print License
This license allows you to use the image files for all "personal" type usages including  printing the photos yourself or taking them to a lab to have professionally printed.  This also allows you to display them on personal web pages such as Facebook, Myspace, or share them via email with family & friends, etc..  

All images are delivered on a DVD

Editorial and Commercial Usage Licenses Available:
 Licenses are granted based on the intended usage. A personal license is included free when ordering a image file from this page.  This allows you to print and display the image for your own personal uses only.  If your intended usage is for anything other than personal, (editorial, commercial, etc..) you must contact us first for guidelines and/or a quote.

Examples of editorial usage: club, league or organization web site.  Newsletter, newspaper, or magazine articles.
Examples of commercial usage: any type of advertisements promoting services or products.

All of our images are copyrighted with the library of congress, please remember that is it illegal to use copyrighted material for anything outside the scope of the provided license without the copyright holder's permission .  We retain all copyrights.  When you make a purchase of a digital image, you are purchasing a license to use the image in the  agreed manor, you are not buying the copyright of the image.
